Making A Purchase Simply browse our product catalogue, if you find something you like click on the 'Add' button to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished browsing and wish to purchase any products you have added to your shopping cart, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment can be made by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We can only accept payment online for orders delivered within the UK. For orders outside of the UK please complete your order using the 'Invoice with order' payment setting when you complete your shopping transaction. We will then contact you as soon as we receive your order to confirm your shipping costs and to take payment.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to mail. To find out more about delivery and shipping see below.

Shipping And Handling There is a £7.00 shipping and handling charge for all orders within the mainland UK. For all International orders we have to calculate your shipping costs on a per order basis. You can still submit your order online but you must select the 'Order with invoice' payment setting when you complete the checkout process. We will then contact you as soon as possible with a quotation including shipping and handling to your chosen destination.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 - 5 working days. International will be subject to postal delays and delivery times will be advised at the time of placing the order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is included in all prices on the website. This is at the standard rate of 17.5%.

There are no vulnerabilities or "backdoors" in any WorldPay systems.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If any of the items do not meet your satisfaction please return them in perfect condition within 10 days and we will refund your money or exchange your goods as required. Returns must be insured to guarantee your refund. We cannot accept liability for any goods, posted by customers, which are lost or damaged while in transit. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us. The mail order information and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy Renntec do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy You may return your product if it remains un-opened and undamaged for a period of 14 days after purchase. You will receive a full refund on receipt of the product. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Our shopping cart uses Worldpay for secure online credit card processing for all UK orders. For shipping destinations outside of the UK , please select 'invoice with order' as the payment method.
